Initial Registration Schedule for December 2010 NLE Passers

Instructions

Initial registrants should come personally to the PRC Central Office or to the venue specified or to the nearest Regional Office to file his/her application for registration and to affix his/her signature in the registry book.

All Registration Certificates and PRC ID shall be claimed by the licensee personally at the Central Office or the Regional Office where the application for the same has been filed. If there is an unavoidable need for a representative, he must present his/her identification paper with picture and a Special Power of Attorney.

Requirements

  1. Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  2. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
  3. Two pcs. passport size pictures with name tag (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration)
  4. One pc. 1”x1” picture in plain background with complete name tag (for Registry of Professionals)
  5. Two sets of metered documentary stamps (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration)
  6. One (1) short brown envelope with name and profession

Oathtaking Ceremonies

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday and Tuesday, March 14 and 15, 2011, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

All must come in their white gala uniform, nurse’s cap, and white duty shoes.

Oathtaking tickets for the National Capital Region (NCR) and nearby regions will be available at the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) at 1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate, Manila, from February 28, 2011 on a “first come first serve” basis.

The Online Priority Number, the commission said, is required to avail of tickets.

Come to PNA and avail your tickets ONLY on the specified day and time on your Priority Slip

If it is not possible for you to come personally, send an authorized representative

If you missed specified day and time, “after 6pm” on your Online Priority Slip means

6:01pm – 6:30pm, ticket selling closes at 6:31pm

Bring the following requirements:

  • A valid ID
  • PRC-NLE Notice of Admission (NOA) + Printout of your Sequence Number
  • Authorization Letter + valid of ID of your representative
  • PRC-NLE Verification Slip in NO LONGER a requirement


Ticket for Inductee – Php350

Ticket for Guests – Php200 each

An Inductee can avail two (2) Guest Tickets
Just bring extra cash if you need a total of 3 or 4 Guest Tickets in case there will be extra tickets

Membership Fee with The Philippine Nurses’ Association – Php400

Check the Schedule of your schools for the Oathtaking at SMX
If your school is not on the list, you may choose your own schedule, either March 14 or March 15.

Look for prestigious Review Center. (I advise that you look for a Center that offers it unlimited)

D. MASTERS DEGREE
Preferably this is advise if you are planning to apply for a Clinical Instructor Position - CHED Mandates that a Clinical Instructor should have atleast be done or almost done with their Master's Degree

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Saturday announced 29,711 out of 84,287 (35.23%) passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Ilocos Sur, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last December 2010.

(PRC LICENSE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS): NO SCHEDULE YET. WAIT FOR FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS



Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal

They will have to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

BON-PNA Online Priority Number System provides successful NLE passers a guide on how to access the BoN-PNA Online Priority Number System (OPNS) — a new, digital system used to generate an Online Priority Number which is required among new nurses who wish to take their oath at SMX, Mall of Asia only.
