Hi there Budek,
There's probably a typo error on question 28 of psych exam. The correct answer is a. yes, for .6 to 1.2 meq/L..but your option a. is confusing. It says .6 to .12meq/L. There's a big difference between 1.2meq and .12meq.. a big 1.08meq!whoa..

thanks, I corrected number #28 ... it should be .6 to 1.2 , the rationale was right so it maybe just a typo on my part.
thanks derek.
about HALDOL DECANOATE IM for acute agitation, in cases of schizophrenia, it need not be reconstituted ... just make sure you do a DEEP IM and make sure that it is not more than 3 ML per site.
even if the muscle can hold for more than 3ml, like in the ventro or dorso gluteal site... you should switch sites after 3 ml.

Dear Budek,
Meron lng sna ako i clarify sa # 38, ang question kc eh goes this way.. "which of the following client statements about clozapine (Clozaril) indicates that the client "NEEDS ADDITIONAL TEACHING"? so you need to choose the answer that needs additional patient teaching. Ung asnwer mo is letter D eh, that statement is already correct, but the question is "NEEDS ADDITIONAL TEACHING" So, among the statements, you need to choose the statement of the client which makes it wrong, that may need additional teaching from the nurse. So, a possible answer could be letter A, because the blood level should not only be checked "once every several months" on the contrary, should be checked every month. thanks
