MANILA, Philippines -- After more than two years of negotiations, the licensure test for foreign nurses seeking jobs in the United States, or the National Council on Licensure Examinations (NCLEX), is finally coming to the Philippines, an official said Friday.

Where is Dante Ang? I thought he is the one responsible for bringing the NCLEX-RN here in the Philippines? Is he out of the picture?
