Graduation: July 24, 2009

REQUIREMENTS: Photocopy of the following:

- PHC Critical Care Course, Non- Critical and Pediatric Enhancement Program and Comprehensive Skill Development Training for ICU Nurses or Certificates of Training related to Cardiovascular Nursing equivalent to 250 CEUs

- At least 12 units of MAN

- Attended to BCLS and ACLS Program

- At least three years of medical- surgical nursing experience

- Satisfactory work performance and recommendation from previous or current employer.
