Prometric Examinations for Saudi-Bound Nurses

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) now requires the so-called prometric examinations for Saudi-bound nurses. This is similar to licensure examination requirements of the Philippines, USA and Emirates. The exam may be taken in KSA or in test venues in the Philippines.

However, POEA has asked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to delay the implementation of its new test for foreign nurses seeking work there because of its poor dissemination and preparations of its implementation are still underway.

In the Philippines, the accredited testing center is Thomson Prometric, Ateneo Professional Schools, 130 H. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.
Telephone No.: (632) 892-0383

The examination is scheduled Tuesday up to Friday, with a fee of US$90.00.

Applicants may visit the website: http://www.prometric.com.
