SACRIFICIAL LAMBS WE ARE

The Association of Deans are most likely admitting that students from their schools graduated unequipped. They, who molded the students on their respective institutions, should be the foremost people who must defend their students' dignity since their performances reflect on them. If they believe that the 2006 NLE passers are cheaters then they should not have allowed them to graduate or have a diploma bearing the good name of their schools which they have hardly earned all these years.

People look up to nurses as epitome of honesty, respect and integrity and these budding nurses who worked real hard to achieve their goal are now being deprived of their rights and their future as well. They are the ones suffering from the selfishness of the few individuals who do not care for their profession but on their own personal interests. It is so unfair to those who did their best, sacrificed for 4 years, and spent a huge amount of money to pursue their studies and dream of having a good future and what they can call a profession.

It is true that nurses are here to heal and care but if they are not given due respect by the people who are supposedly the foremost promoters of "care", how then can these fresh graduates learn the virtue of Nursing? Wisdom comes from those who are well experienced in this field and so they must use this to guide the new nurses instead of putting them down. Nevertheless, most board passers are affected especially their confidence because of the said refusal of some institutions to hire nurses from this batch. It is imperative that the skills of fresh graduates are not that developed due to limited clinical exposure but it does not necessarily mean that they are incompetent.

If the health institutions will not accept these board passers, where will they expect them to learn more skills and enhance their competency? Instead of giving them the opportunity they deserve for the long years of hardship, this is what they get...mock and disgrace which is deserved only by those who know not how to care.

The only way to clean up the already huuuuge mess is to have a retake. Whatever passers and non-passers will say, it is the only solution.

Bravo! Very well said.

I don't think retake is the solution. Why sacrifice the whole batch when only a part of it took advantage of the leakage? if there is justice in this country, let it prevail! Investigate each and everyone of the examinee, starting at the hot spot in Baguio. I know it will take so much time but it is worth the wait especially to those who took the exam honestly.

kung magreretake man,3and 5, tingin ko lng po dapat un passers lng..why? kce napasa nila un test 1,2,3 ,4 khit meron minus 115 points.those who failed either di nila napasa un ibang test.or un test 3 en 5 lng.
they failed.. its meant to be...

sa UNANG NAG POST

siguro bagsak ka no? or if pumasa ka siguro nabayaran ka.
