Yes you're right that different folks has differents strokes, unfortunately
our strokes is substandard, corrupt in other words, the way we do things here in pinas is bulog, as compared to other country who are progressive.
These are the question that i would like to ask of you mr. stupid writer, you're blaming the american ,but you forgot to ask the government how they handled this scandal.

1. Rosero knew that there was a
leakage on the june '06 board
exam, and that the exam's
integrity was already in
question, why did she release
the board result, and told us
that the grades was
recomputed with a questional
statistical method.

2. WIth the knowledge that Gapuz
was involved in the scam, why
did the NBI claimed that
gapuz did not share the
leakage to his branches in
visayas and mindanao... the
NBI reported that the leakage
was confined to manila and
baquio only. they dont know
that email and fax machines
could be used to send
documents.

3. The court of appeal acted
so naive to say that the NBI
conclusion was correct, that
only a "few lang daw" benefit
from the leakage.....hello, how can
they really tell

We were given the change to rectify
the issue, but did we do so..even the president gave all the reason why there should be a retake pero what happened, walang retake...dahil sa atin, thats how it works, substandard, puro palusot
