Did I read this right?...

The CA which ruled that PRC committed abuse of discretion is now being accused of what else but abuse of discretion by ruling on a selective retake...

Weren't the ones who are pushing for a retake the same ones who brought this fiasco to the court? Didn't they say they'd respect the courts decision? Didn't they say that they believed the court's decision would be fair?

And now it has decided... the court had abused its discretion...

Makes me think what discretion will not be qualified as abuse...

haha! wag nyo na patulan yan! we call it 'desperate move'...

gusto lang nila mag-react tayo at mainis... they know na 'suntok sa buwan' ang mag-apila sa SC... wala lang to prove a point kuno...

basta yung UST "star witness" by d name of DENNIS BAUTISTA got 68.20% GRADE in jun06 NLE. he said inress has leakage but only 32% passed from those who attended d review in inress. & THAT'S EXLUDING HIM. :p HE ATTENDED GAPUZ, & WAS DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT NA WALANG 'LEAKAGE' ANG GAPUZ MANILA ON FINAL COACHING DAY... HAHAHA! DAPAT KASI SA BAGUIO SYA UMATEND NG FINAL COACHING, KASI DUN PINAMIGAY NI GAPUZ ANG LEAKAGE!!! HAHAHA! :p

4GOT PENTAGON... DENNIS BAUTISTA ALSO ATTENDED FINAL COACHING IN PENTAGON... AGAIN WAS DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT - GAY CULTURAL SHOW ANG FINAL COACHING NG PENTAGON SA ALIW... WALANG LEAKAGE!!! HAHAHA! WE WERE IN ALIW AT SOBRA KAMING NAALIW SA PERFORMANCE NILA SIR BALISNOMO & ATTY LUANSING... AGAIN, WALANG HIMALA DUON SA ALIW THEATER!!! NASA BAGUIO ANG HIMALA!!! HAHAHA!:p

Hindi pa rin sila nakakahalata si Mr. Tadle na sa kanilang grupo lang naman nagmumula ang lahat ng problema at gulo.

Ang gusto kasi ni Tadle is to jump into conclussion na retake without proving step by step.

Meron daw leak pero hindi naman mapatunayan kung marami o kaunti. Meron daw umamin pero ilan lang sila at pinagpipilitan nila na marami raw sila, puro naman salita at walang katibayan kung marami raw sila.

Mr Tadle is actually fighting for his EGO and no longer for Integrity and dignity. Actually evrybody is for dignity and integrity but new Nurses wants justice. Mr Tadle has no monopoly of integrity ang dignity. We are all craving for it. We pass the exam with all our effort and we don't have any leakage like what you are saying...

Mr. Tadle believe only those; only few who said there is leakage, but how about us thousands board passers who are saying that we don't have any leakage at all ?????

Mr. Tadle committed grave abuse of false and malicious accussation to all Nursing 2006 board passers.

Mr. Tadle, huwag kang magkakamaling magkasakit, pati UST passers na gusto mong mag-retake ay galit sa yo, he, he,he!

Para kay tadle...Get a Life!!! wawa ka naman..

HAHAHA, ngayon gusto nila huwag mag RETAKE yung 1,687... bakit kaya... baka kasama dun mga bata nila... TADLE, kung gusto mo mapansin, mag pabaril ka na lang sa Rizal park...

Ang hirap kasi ke Tadle, Rizal lang tinuturo mo, kala mo kung sino ka nang magaling... mag aral ka muna constitution at law, baka sakaling maiintindihan mo ang sitwasyon!!!

mr.tadle and co. is committing a grave abuse of frustration. After the SC and if he does not get a favorable ruling he will later appeal to the UN International Court of Justice. By the time that he gets a favorable ruling all the 2006 board passers that he wants the oaths voided will already have been retired. Let us give mr. tadle the credit for his persitence and tenacity.

dada ng dada si tadle, hindi naman nurse yon, rizal course lang cya.pero yong ust dean, reviewer sya ng inress,wala naman kime.

ako average ko sa recent exam ay 75%. pinagreretake ako. when i went to prc to find out why i have to "retake", nagbigay sila ng panibagong grades showing bagsak ako lahat ng subjects.

abuse of discretion ba ito ng prc? saan ako hihingi ng tulong ? mahirap kami at sanay may trabaho sana ako ngayon.may consyensya pa kaya ang prc?

sana wala ng retake upang makahanap na rin ako ng trabaho, at makaangat na rin kami sa kahirapan.

matulungan kaya ako ni president arroyo?
