In the court's decision, it said that the 1,687 examinees who were believed to have benefited from the leaked questions of Tests 3 and 5 should retake the NLE.
The court also ordered the PRC to include in the retake the 1,186 examinees who were removed from the list of board passers after the grades were recomputed.

Of about 40,000 nursing graduates who took the exam, more than 17,000 passed the five-part exams last June. But the CA ordered 1,687 who passed to retake Tests III (on medical surgical nursing) and V (on psychiatric nursing). They were the examinees who attended the last coaching sessions in three review centers in Baguio City and Metro Manila where the leaked questions were discovered to have circulated.

hinde ba yun 1,687 yan ang pumasa dahil sa recomputation... they are not the ones who review in the 3 mentioned review center...unaccounted pa handang ngayon kung ilan talaga ang nag-attend sa 3 review center located in manila and bagiou

oo nga yang 1687 na yan eh yung mga biktima at nagsalba sa issue ng retake, isa ako sa mga iyan at nagtataka talaga ako kasi hindi ako dun sa any of the review center n yan nag review tapos ngayun pinalalabas nila n kami ang nag benifit sa leakage,,,, grabe na ito!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS JUSTICE ??? MAY I ASK?????

Ipaglaban nyo ang karapatan ninyo, wala kayong kasalanan kasi ang dapat kung talagang bagsak kayo ay dapat noong una pa man ay sinabi na nila na bagsak kayo, then there was a recomputation na ipinasa kayo at least hindi na kayo mabibigla na bigla nilang ibinalik kayo sa dati na hindi pala kayo board passers at least hindi masakit.
Ang mahirap ngayon lang ninyo nalaman na bagsak daw kayo. Masakit yun kasi umasa na kayo at multiple jeopardy ang mararanasan ninyo. Hindi mawawala ang pagdurusa at duda na meron manipulation at masakit ito para sa inyo. We symphatize with you !!! Pagkakamali nila ito na pinaasa kayo then all of a sudden sasabihin nila bagsak kayo. Hindi tama ito at dapat sila ang magdusa dito at dapat ipasa na kayo kasi nasabi na nila na pasado kayo, tapos bigla na lang babawiin. Matinding kahihiyan at sama ng loob ito na matapos kayo paasahin ay ganoon na lamang, hindi pu-pwede ito na ganoon na lamang, pwede kayong humingi ng moral damages or at least ipasa na kayo for amicable settlement.
