THE COURT of Appeals has ruled that the more than 15,000 nursing examinees who passed the June licensure test can now take their oaths, according to a report on GMA Network’s “Flash Report.”
The appeals court issued the decision after more than five hours of conciliation talks with all parties concerned, the report said.
The board passers who will take their oaths as professional nurses are those who passed before the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recomputed the scores of the examinees amid a leakage on some portions of the test, the report said.
The report said the University of Santo Tomas (UST) was not satisfied with the ruling because of a pending motion it had filed before the appellate court.

In nursing JUSTICE means 'who is the priority and who will benefit the most'...
The baguio 'whistle blowers' intent of exposing the 'cheating' was a brave act indeed... but, the media exposure & manipulation created by it had impacted the innocent lives of a lot of people, esp the lives of passers & flunker alike of the 2006 NLE...
We ABHOR THE WAY MEDIA HAS SENSATIONALIZED THE ISSUE OUT OF PROPORTION, by the sheer objective of PROFIT...
The 2006 board passers has become stigmatized due to their irresponsible & biased reporting!!!

The International community has captured all these biased & irresponsible reporting and has made judgment of us (BSN batch 2006) BASED ON PERCEPTION NOT FACTS!!!
