THE COMMISSION on Filipinos Overseas will ask the Court of Appeals to initiate a dialogue among all parties involved in this year’s nursing board exams leakage, its chairman told INQ7.net Wednesday.
Ang said he would file a petition before the appeals court, which had ordered a partial retake for over 1,000 examinees that had passed the test after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recomputed their scores following reports of a leakage on some portions.
Ang, who also heads the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), said that his petition was aimed at convincing the appellate court to hold a dialogue.
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has also ordered Labor Secretary Arturo Brion to hold talks so as not to prolong the issue of a retake after several parties filed a motion for reconsideration before the appeals court, saying their action could delay final action.
Malacanang wants the retake held before the second nursing board exams are held on December 2 and 3.

OBVIOUSLY, MR. BRION IS INCOMPETENT TO HANDLE THE CASE SINCE HE CAN NOT SHOW ANY CLEAR EVIDENCE ON HIS REASON OF 'FURTHER DELAYING' THE EXECUTION OF THE CA RULING!!!!
WE WANT OUR LICENSE NOW!!!
NO TO RETAKE!!!
NO TO DELAY!!!
WE WANT MR. BRION TO RESIGN!!!
