Nursing review centers sasalain ng CHED
Inilabas ng Commission on Higher Education (CHED) nitong Lunes ang draft ng regulasyon na dapat na sundin ng mga nursing review center sa bansa.
Ang draft ng Executive Order 566 ay naglalatag ng mga regulasyon na mahigpit na ipatutupad sa mga nursing review center.
Una rito ay ang regulasyon na pakikipagsosyo sa isang kolehiyo o unibersidad na nagtuturo ng nursing. Ang CHED mismo ang tutukoy kung magkano lang ang dapat na singilin ng mga review center.
Ipinagbabawal na rin ang paglampas sa 100 estudyante bawat guro sa isang review class at kailangan din na magkaroon ng walong porsyento pataas na passing rate ang isang review center.
Samantala, hindi pa man napapatupad ang nasabing kautusan ay may mga may -ri na ng review centers ang hindi sumasang-ayon.

gusto nila e-regulate para pwede nila perahin ang mga review center..... kagaya ang emission test na yan...or drug test....bayad tayo ang bayad sa mga yan tapos wala naman nanyayari....

Students in the review centers as far as I know are very much well accomodated than in the nursing school. Students to faculty ratio should be strictly implemented in the nursing school in the first place. Students may not resort to any review centers if the school which thay came from prepares them so much for the NLE. Regulation of nursing review centers is not a solution to the leakage problem. The BON who administers the exams, should be credible enough to hold such position. The leakage actually comes from them. Sila ang nagbibigay. Students resort to review centers to acquire more knowledge to fill the gap where the nursing school wasn't able to provide.

Korek ka dyan, regulate ang regulate ang goberno sa mga private company...kasagahan sila naman ang gumagaya ang kapalpahan o kurakot...kagaya itong leakage na ito....sino ba dapat nag-regulate sa mga BON na yan, para malaman natin sino dapat accountable...hinde ba dapat si rosero...time and time again sasabihin ko ito...kahit gaano ka competent ang examinee para maging nurse, kahit gaano siya ka qualified, babagsak pa rin siya sa Local Board exam, dahil puro philosopo naman ang mga taong ang board question.....

In nursing JUSTICE means 'who is the priority and who will benefit the most'...
The baguio 'whistle blowers' intent of exposing the 'cheating' was a brave act indeed... but, the media exposure & manipulation created by it had impacted the innocent lives of a lot of people, esp the lives of passers & flunker alike of the 2006 NLE...
We ABHOR THE WAY MEDIA HAS SENSATIONALIZED THE ISSUE OUT OF PROPORTION, by the sheer objective of PROFIT...
The 2006 board passers has become stigmatized due to their irresponsible & biased reporting!!!
