AT LEAST 17 people will be charged in the leakage of the June nursing licensure exam, according to the National Bureau of Investigation, which submitted its findings to MalacaƱang on Wednesday.
At the same time, the NBI Director Nestor Mantaring said their investigation showed that the leakage occurred in Metro Manila and Baguio City.
Seventeen people will be charged with violating Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Modernization Act RA 8981, said Mantaring who refused to reveal their identities.
But Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita said the 17 were mostly officials of three review centers.
"We found evidence to support our findings that leakage was in Baguio and Metro Manila," Mantaring said. But he said there was no evidence to support that there was leakage in other areas.
